Fast-Forward Goal Process
The Fast-Forward goal process ensures that the journey towards the goal is simplified as much as possible, that the foundation for success is optimal and that the tools that lead to the goal with the greatest effect are continuously executed.
Execution-oriented “Toolbox”
The Fast-Forward goal process is a strong performance “Toolbox”, which contains effective tools that continuously bring the company forward towards the goal.
The model is divided into 4 overall processes, each of which consists of various tools for different situations.
The 4 processes each have the following purposes:
- Goal Setting: Create crystal clear goals
- Conditioning: Establish a strong foundation
- Design: Design of the action plan and selection of the tools that most effectively reach the goal
- Implementation: Continuous execution of the selected tools. If the situation changes during implementation, new tools are selected and executed upon.
Value of the Goal Process
The core of the target process is the range of different tools contained in each of the 4 processes.
The individual tool in itself is an effective sub-process that illuminates or solves a specific situation, and thus brings the overall process forward towards the goal. The combination of the selection of the individual tool and the subsequent implementation, which ensures the company results-focused progress, constitutes the value of the goal process. The implementation takes place in mutual cooperation.
The Fast-Forward Goal Process is continuously expanded with new process tools.
