The foundation of Mandrup Consult is successful experience with strategic and tactical business development, where digital development and transformation have driven changes in the company’s foundation, the business models, customer types and the general market structures. In addition, I continuously research how companies most effectively achieve the goals that are set, taking into account all the different elements that are typically at play – for example when a new business area is to be developed.
